To ensure you receive the freshest possible products, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Perishable Items

Due to the nature of perishable goods, we cannot accept returns for any food items, including but not limited to:

  • Cheeses
  • Meats
  • Prepared foods
  • Baked goods
  • Produce
  • Any items with a limited shelf life

All perishable items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

Non‑Perishable Items

You may return unopened, undamaged, and non‑perishable items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

We may request photos to verify item condition and assist with the return process.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as “Final Sale” or included in our Last Chance Collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift and need assistance with a return:

  • Contact customerservice@brownsmarket.com within 14 days of receipt.

Eligible Gift Returns:
Unopened, undamaged, non‑perishable items in original packaging may qualify for a refund or store credit.

Ineligible Gift Returns:

  • Perishable products
  • Opened or damaged items
  • Sale or Final Sale items

Important:

  • The gift recipient must initiate the return.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued to the original purchaser and their original payment method.

Important Notes

Browns Market is not responsible for:

  • Spoilage due to delivery delays (weather, carrier issues, etc.)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Deliveries to recipients who are unavailable
  • Spoilage caused by improper storage (e.g., not refrigerating within 24 hours)
  • Discarded or consumed items

We make every effort to ship orders promptly; however, once a package is in transit, we cannot guarantee delivery timing.
